If our mobility starts to change and we’re more unsteady on our feet, then everyday things like steps and rugs can suddenly become dangerous potential trip hazards. A simple tips is to add grips or non-stick mats underneath your rugs and mats. This way they’ll stay firm to the ground, eliminating the chance of any slipping or tripping.
