Our Story
The Halton Stairlifts journey began in 2007, when stairlift engineers Neil McKenzie and Jon Williams, alongside accounts executive Kate McKenzie, decided to take their technical expertise and industry knowledge in a new direction, one centred around genuine care, local service, and honest value.
Working from a small garage, the team set out with one goal: to provide a top-tier stairlift service with a personal touch. Our original motto, “The Company That Cares How You Get Upstairs”, perfectly captured that spirit, and it still guides us today.
Over the years, our dedication to service and craftsmanship has seen Halton Stairlifts grow from a local business into a national leader in stairlift sales, installation, and servicing, all while maintaining our family values and community focus.
