Halton Stairlifts Complaints Procedure
At Halton Stairlifts we always try to make sure our customers are 100% happy. But, there may be times when things don’t go according to plan. If you’re not entirely happy with the service you’ve recently received, please let us know. Through the Halton Stairlifts complaints procedure, we’ll do all we can to resolve any complaint or situation quickly and to your satisfaction.
If you have a complaint about any part of our service, we want to hear from you so we can improve what we do. Informing us when you are unhappy with your service gives us the opportunity to put matters right for you.
Our customer relations team will investigate and try and resolve any complaint as fast as possible. If the complaint is of a complex matter we will request further time so we can gather all the information and facts, we will keep you updated and informed of the progress of your complaint.
Any matters that cannot be resolved within 30 days will be escalated to a Halton Stairlifts Director.
