You already own a stairlift from us – Covered under your warranty agreement (24-month warranty for new stairlifts or 12-month warranty for used stairlifts)
You don’t own a stairlift from us – We can arrange an emergency stairlift repair visit (standard call-out charge applies).

The reset button on a stairlift is typically found underneath or near the armrest, but may also be near the footrest, under the seat, or next to the ‘on’ button.

How long should stairlift batteries last?

Your stairlift batteries should last around 3 to 5 years. If your stairlift fails before this time, you may need to get your battery serviced or repaired.

How often should I have my stairlift serviced?

You should have your stairlift serviced at least once per year to ensure it remains fully operational and safe to use. However, it’s entirely up to you if you’d prefer more frequent servicing.
