If you are a customer holding a warranty cover, this will be covered under your warranty agreement. If you don’t have any warranty coverage, don’t worry! We can arrange an emergency visit for our standard call-out charge.

Our Warranty Cover

Our warranty comes into play the day your stairlift is installed:

• 24-month warranty for new stairlifts
• 12-month warranty for reconditioned stairlifts
• Available across straight and curved stairlifts
• Includes a 24-hour emergency helpline
• Helpline covers you for parts and labour

If you want your warranty to last beyond the free 12 or 24 month period, we advise our extended warranty cover. This is ideal if you require cover after the initial free period.

Our prices start at as little as £110 for that extra bit of cover and peace of mind.
